The ordering process is simple:

  3. Approve Sample: Order a sample to verify quality and specifications.
  4. Place Order: Once approved, submit payment to begin production.
  5. Delivery: Receive tracking and delivery updates throughout.

Production time varies by product and complexity:

  • Stickers & Labels: 3-5 days
  • Hang Tags: 5-7 days
  • Paper Bags: 10-15 days
  • Custom Boxes: 12-18 days

Production begins after sample approval and deposit payment. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

A case pack is the standard quantity of products packed in a single shipping carton. Case packs help with:

  • Efficient shipping and reduced handling costs
  • Easy inventory management and counting
  • Protection during transit

Standard case packs vary by product (e.g., 1000 hang tags per case, 50 boxes per case). We can accommodate custom inner packs for easier distribution.

Customization & Samples

Sample Credit Program: Custom sample fees are fully credited when you place an order of 500+ pieces within 60 days.

We accept the following formats:

  • Preferred: Adobe Illustrator (.ai), PDF (vector)
  • Accepted: EPS, PSD (300 DPI minimum), PNG/JPEG (high resolution)

For best results, provide vector files with fonts outlined. If you only have low-resolution files, our design team can help recreate your artwork.

Yes, we offer Pantone color matching for spot colors. Please provide:

  • Pantone reference codes (e.g., PMS 186 C)
  • Coated (C) or Uncoated (U) designation
  • Physical color swatch if possible

Note that exact color reproduction may vary slightly between materials (coated vs. kraft paper, for example).
