  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation is required.

Custom Products Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Products with custom logos, artwork, or branding
  • Items with personalized text or custom designs
  • Special size or color orders manufactured to specification
  • Products with custom finishes (foil stamping, embossing, etc.)

We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing bulk orders to ensure the product meets your expectations.

Quality Issues

We take quality seriously and stand behind our products. If you receive items with quality issues, please report them promptly:

7-Day Quality Reporting Window

Quality issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos or videos.

What qualifies as a quality issue?

  • Printing errors (misalignment, color deviation, smudging)
  • Material defects (tears, holes, deformation)
  • Wrong product or quantity shipped
  • Damaged items due to inadequate packaging

Resolution options:

For verified quality issues, we offer:

  1. Replacement: We will manufacture and ship replacement items at no additional cost.
  2. Partial refund: Credit issued proportional to the affected items.
  3. Full refund: For orders with significant quality failures.
