Buyer arranges pickup from our facility and handles all shipping, customs, and duties.
Buyer Responsibility: 100%FOB (Free On Board)
We deliver to port of origin. Buyer handles ocean/air freight, customs, and duties.
Buyer Responsibility: Freight + CustomsCIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
We handle shipping to destination port. Buyer handles customs clearance and duties.
Buyer Responsibility: Customs + DutiesDDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We handle everything including shipping, customs, and duties. Hassle-free delivery.
Buyer Responsibility: None Recommended for First-Time ImportersRequired Documentation
We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance:
- Commercial Invoice with detailed item descriptions
- Packing List with weights and dimensions
- Certificate of Origin (upon request)
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) if applicable
- HS Codes for all products
Duties and taxes vary by country and product type. We recommend consulting with a customs broker or your local customs authority to understand potential charges before ordering.

Shipping Issues
While we strive for perfect deliveries, issues can occasionally occur. Here's how we handle them:
Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Contact us immediately with your tracking number
- We'll investigate with the carrier and provide updates
- For significant delays, we may offer shipping cost adjustments
Damaged Shipments
If your products arrive damaged:
- Document the damage: Take photos before unpacking
- Note on delivery receipt: Mark "received damaged" when signing
- Contact us within 48 hours: Send photos and description of damage
- Keep packaging: Retain all packaging for carrier inspection
Lost Shipments
For shipments that appear lost:
- Allow 5 additional business days after estimated delivery
- We'll file a trace request with the carrier
- For confirmed lost shipments, we'll arrange replacement or refund
We recommend shipping insurance for all orders over $1,000. Express shipments include basic carrier liability, but full coverage insurance is available upon request.
