Buyer Responsibility: 100%

FOB (Free On Board)

We deliver to port of origin. Buyer handles ocean/air freight, customs, and duties.

Buyer Responsibility: Freight + Customs

CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)

We handle shipping to destination port. Buyer handles customs clearance and duties.

We provide all necessary documentation for customs clearance:

Shipping Issues

While we strive for perfect deliveries, issues can occasionally occur. Here's how we handle them:

Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

  • Contact us immediately with your tracking number
  • We'll investigate with the carrier and provide updates
  • For significant delays, we may offer shipping cost adjustments

Damaged Shipments

If your products arrive damaged:

  1. Document the damage: Take photos before unpacking
  2. Note on delivery receipt: Mark "received damaged" when signing
  3. Contact us within 48 hours: Send photos and description of damage
  4. Keep packaging: Retain all packaging for carrier inspection

Lost Shipments

For shipments that appear lost:

  • Allow 5 additional business days after estimated delivery
  • We'll file a trace request with the carrier
  • For confirmed lost shipments, we'll arrange replacement or refund
Shipping Insurance

We recommend shipping insurance for all orders over $1,000. Express shipments include basic carrier liability, but full coverage insurance is available upon request.
